This setting does not change the CRM admin interface language. It only determines which languages become available for content creation and configuration.
For security reasons, clients cannot access or modify System Languages.
This configuration is managed exclusively by SHR internal teams during onboarding or when customers expand into additional regions.
Use system languages to:
Enable the languages a client requires for guest-facing communication.
Ensure that templates, labels, guest portal items, and other multilingual components can be configured in the correct languages.
Support clients operating hotels across multiple countries or serving multilingual audiences.
Only languages enabled on this page will appear as selectable options in guest-facing configuration screens.
