What's new?

Ongoing improvements of the CRM experience and scalability program, bringing in-platform guidance, workflow improvements, and easier administration to help users get more from the system, while maintaining speed and reliability as data volumes and marketing activity grow.

Access digital assistant

Knowledgebase articles and AI-powered guidance will soon be accessible directly within the CRM, consistent with the existing CRS experience. No need to switch between applications for help or system guidance.

Broadcast email send speed

Segment broadcast emails will send even faster. An optimized background queuing process reduces wait times, building on the segment build speed improvements from recent releases.

Administrative email setup

The administrative email setup page has a refreshed layout with improved filtering by email type and language, and a clearer table structure across type, language, subject, and last modified columns. Visual styling is aligned with current CRM UI standards.

Email day setup

The page has a refreshed layout with a help text banner explaining that these settings control pre and post stay guest emails, a link to further documentation, and inline help icons on each field for guidance at the point of configuration.

How to access this update

Updates are automatically updated and available in the CRS.

Coming soon

Outlined below are updates that are in the pipeline and will be released in the coming months.

Form builder

The form builder will be updated with a refreshed look and feel, aligned with the design language and layout conventions of the email template builder. This will bring a consistent editing experience across CRM's content creation tools, reducing the learning curve when moving between builders and providing a more cohesive administrative experience overall.

Campaign journeys

Campaign journeys or drip campaigns will undergo a comprehensive rebuild, encompassing both the user interface and the underlying backend infrastructure. The redesigned experience will deliver a more intuitive and streamlined workflow for building and managing multi-step campaigns, while backend improvements will lay a stronger foundation for improved performance, usability, and long-term scalability as campaign complexity and volume grow.
