Understand campaign reports
Campaign reports track marketing performance and engagement across all your email campaigns. These reports allow your property or brand to:
Monitor email delivery rates, opens, clicks, and unsubscribes for individual campaigns or aggregated campaign data.
Track revenue attribution from email campaigns including reservations booked, room nights, and total revenue.
Measure conversion performance for specialized campaigns such as room upgrades, cart recovery, and save for later features.
Compare campaign performance across multiple time periods to identify trends and optimize future campaigns.
Schedule automated report delivery to stakeholders for regular performance reviews.
Campaign reports provide both summary-level insights across all campaigns and detailed transaction-level data for specific campaign types. All reports support export functionality for additional analysis by operations or marketing teams.

Frequently asked questions
Outlined below are a list of frequently asked questions about campaign reports.
Why do profile counts within segments change during campaign execution?
Profile counts may change between when a campaign is configured and when it executes because guests can be added to or removed from segments through profile updates, segment rule changes, or bulk imports. The report reflects the actual number of profiles that were in the segment when the campaign sent.
Can I export Campaign Reports for additional analysis?
Yes. All Campaign Reports support export functionality. Click export when viewing a report to download the data as a CSV file. Exported reports may contain additional fields not shown in the on-screen report.
What is the maximum date range for the Email Campaign Summary report?
The email campaign summary report is limited to a 90-day date range. For analysis spanning longer periods, run multiple reports or use scheduled reports with rolling date ranges.
How do rolling date ranges work in scheduled reports?
Rolling date ranges automatically adjust the Begin Date and End Date for each report execution. For example, if you schedule a report with a last 30 days rolling date range, each execution includes data from the previous 30 days relative to the execution date.
What is the difference between clicks and unique clicks?
Clicks represent the total number of times links were clicked in an email, including multiple clicks by the same recipient. Unique clicks deduplicate by recipient, counting only one click per recipient regardless of how many times they clicked.
How is revenue attributed to email campaigns?
Revenue attribution tracks reservations made through links in campaign emails. The attribution window determines how many days after the email send a reservation can be counted. Reservations made outside the attribution window are not included in campaign revenue metrics.
Can I schedule reports for properties I don't have access to?
No. Scheduled reports respect user permissions. You can only schedule reports for properties and data you have access to view. Reports sent to recipients also respect their individual access permissions.
What happens if a scheduled report fails to run?
If a scheduled report fails to execute due to system errors or data issues, an error notification is sent to the configured recipient emails. The report schedule remains active and will attempt to run at the next scheduled time.
Can I modify a scheduled report after it's been created?
Yes. Navigate to reports and click scheduled reports and select the report you want to modify. You can update any configuration settings including frequency, date range, filters, and recipient emails. Changes take effect immediately and apply to the next scheduled execution.
