The Dashboard gives every CRM user a personalized, flexible workspace for monitoring the performance of campaigns, contacts, emails, forms, landing pages, and more.
Understand and manage the Dashboard
The Dashboard is a user-configurable screen made up of widgets.
Widgets display data pulled from CRM activity such as:
Email sends and opens.
Campaign activity.
Form submissions.
Landing page performance.
Asset downloads.
Contact creation.
Each user can create their own Dashboard layout, or import or export shared layouts.
Date ranges affect widgets explained
Depending on how many days are selected, line charts automatically adjust the time unit:
One day is hours.
1β31 days is days.
32β100 days is weeks.
101β1,000 days is months.
Over 1,001 days is years.
Exceptions:
Recent activity.
Upcoming emails: These always display the same format regardless of the date range.
π€Tip: Longer date ranges take longer to refresh due to the larger amount of data processed.
Navigate to the Dashboard
Follow the steps below to access the Dashboard from any screen.
From the left navigation menu, click Dashboard.
The Dashboard opens and displays all widgets you have configured.
At the top of the Dashboard, click the Date Range field.
The Date Range filter at the top controls the data shown across most widgets.
Select a predefined range or choose custom start and end dates.
Click Apply to refresh all widgets.
Add a new widget
Follow the steps below to add a widget to your Dashboard.
From the left navigation menu, click Dashboard.
Using the dropdown on the upper right of the dashboard, click Add Widget.
In the widget editor, configure the following fields:
Name this is optional. If left blank, the system uses the widget type name.
Type: Select the report you want to display.
Width:
Choose 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%.
Recommended:
Line charts at 100%.
Tables at 50%.
Pie charts at 25%.
Height:
Choose from predefined heights (215px to 675px).
Choose consistent heights for widgets in the same row.
If the selected widget type has options, configure those settings.
Click Save and Close.
The widget appears on your Dashboard.
Edit or remove a widget
Follow the steps below to learn how to edit or remove a widget.
Edit a widget
From the Dashboard, locate the widget, click the three-dot menu on the widget.
Click Edit.
Update the fields as needed.
Click Save and Close.
Remove a widget
From the Dashboard, locate the widget, click the three-dot menu on the widget.
Click Remove.
Confirm deletion.
The widget is removed from your layout.
Move and reorder widgets
Widgets can be repositioned using drag-and-drop.
Follow the steps below to move a widget.
Hover over the widget until the drag handle appears.
Click and hold the handle.
Drag the widget to a new position.
Release the mouse button to place it.
There is no limit to how many widgets you can add or how they can be arranged.
Widget definitions
Below are the definitions for each widget category. These descriptions replace all former image-based examples.
Core widgets
Recent activity: Shows user activity inside campaign management. Displays which user performed an action, not the details of the action.
Asset widgets
Downloads in time: Shows how many assets were downloaded over the selected date range.
Unique vs Repetitive downloads: Compares single-download contacts vs contacts who downloaded the same asset multiple times.
Popular assets: Lists assets with the most downloads.
Created assets: Lists assets created in the CRM.
Campaign widgets
Events triggered in time: Shows the counts of triggered campaign events within the selected period.
Leads added in time (campaign contacts added): Shows how many contacts entered campaigns over time.
Email widgets
Emails in time: Displays email statistics such as:
Sent.
Opened.
Failed.
Widget settings allow selecting which combinations appear.
Sent emails to contacts: Displays per-contact email statistics including:
Email address.
Opens.
Clicks.
Email name.
Segment name.
Campaign name.
Most hit email redirects: Shows the redirect links clicked most frequently.
Ignored versus read: Pie chart showing ratio of read vs ignored emails.
Upcoming emails: Lists scheduled future email sends.
Most sent emails: Lists emails sent the most times.
Most read emails: Lists emails read the most times.
Created emails: Lists most recently created emails.
Form widgets
Submissions in time: Graph showing the number of form submissions over time.
Top submission referrers: Shows the pages where form submissions originated.
Top submitters: Lists contacts with the most form submissions.
Created forms: Shows forms newly created in the CRM.
Contact widgets
Contacts created in time: Shows how many marketing contacts were added.
Anonymous versus identified contacts: Shows how many contacts were identified versus anonymous.
Map: Geographical visualization of contact locations.
Top segments: Shows top segments based on number of contacts added within the range.
Top contact creators: Shows which system inputs created the most contacts for example a property management system (PMS).
Top contact owners: Lists users assigned as owners of the most contacts.
Created contacts: List of most recently created contacts.
πNote: A guest profile is always a contact. A contact may not necessarily have a guest profile.
Page widgets
Page visits in time: Shows CRM landing page visit volume.
Widget options:
Total visits.
Unique visits.
Both total and unique.
Unique versus returning visitors: Pie chart showing first-time vs returning visitors.
Dwell times: Shows how long visitors remain on your CRM Landing Pages.
Popular landing pages: Lists landing pages with the most visits.
Created landing pages: Lists recently created landing pages.
Device granularity: Shows how visitors accessed pages for example via a desktop or mobile.
Report widgets
Report graph: Displays charts from custom campaign reports on the Dashboard.
Dashboard exporting and importing
Outlined below are steps on how to import and export data from the dashboard.
Dashboard export
Follow the steps below to export your Dashboard configuration.
From the left navigation menu, click Dashboard.
Click the Export option.
Save the exported file to your device.
πNote: Export only includes widget configuration and not widget data.
Dashboard import
Follow the steps below to import a Dashboard configuration.
From the left navigation menu, click Dashboard.
Click the Import option and upload a Dashboard configuration file.
Select whether to replace or add to your existing Dashboard and click Import.
πNote: If your Dashboard has no widgets, the system automatically loads the default dashboard.
Dashboard caching behavior
The Dashboard caches widget data to improve performance.
Cache duration is managed by SHR developers.
Default cache expiration is 10 minutes.
Changes to filters or widgets may not reflect until the cache refreshes.
Dashboard permissions
If a user does not have permission for a section of the CRM:
They cannot create new widgets for that section.
Existing widgets may still appear on the Dashboard.
Restricted widgets show a message stating the user lacks permission.
This commonly occurs when importing a Dashboard from another user with broader privileges.
Tips and best practices

Keep line charts at 100% width for readability.
Keep table widgets at 50% width for optimal layout.
Use consistent widget height within the same dashboard row.

Very long date ranges may be selected.
Too many large widgets may be configured.
