September 2026 release note

Introducing four new daily Loyalty Reward reports: Rewards - Daily Issued, Daily Redeemed, Daily Expired Usage, and Daily Available Usage under CRM Reports → Loyalty Program Reports.

Written by Fernando Fallabrino

We're pleased to announce the September 2026 release, introducing four new daily Loyalty Program reports that give you full daily visibility into the lifecycle of reservation rewards — from the moment they are issued through to redemption, expiry, and available usage.

What's new

This release adds four new daily reports under CRM Reports → Loyalty Program Reports, giving you a complete audit trail of reward activity for any given day.

Rewards - Daily Issued

A new Rewards - Daily Issued report is now available under CRM Reports → Loyalty Program Reports. It shows every reward that was issued on the selected Report Date, giving you a complete audit trail of reward creation activity for any given day.

How to access Rewards - Daily Issued

  1. From the left menu, click CRM Reports.

  2. Select Loyalty Program Reports.

  3. Select the Rewards - Daily Issued tab.

  • Report Date filter: select the date you want to review. The report returns all rewards issued on that day.

  • Property filter: narrow results to a specific hotel, or leave as All to include all properties.

  • Include PII: check this box to display guest first name, last name, and email. When unchecked, these fields are blank.

  • Columns returned: ReportDate, RewardIssuedID, RewardName, RewardCode, RewardValue, HotelCode, HotelName, LoyaltyMemberID, firstname, lastname, email, InitialUsageCount, BeginDate, ExpireDate, IssuedTime.

  • Export: download the results using the Export button.

Rewards - Daily Redeemed

A new Rewards - Daily Redeemed report is now available under CRM Reports → Loyalty Program Reports. It returns one row per individual redemption (QR-code scan) that occurred on the selected Report Date. Because rewards can be multi-use, a single reward may appear more than once if it was scanned multiple times on the same day.

Rewards - Daily Expired Usage

A new Rewards - Daily Expired Usage report is now available under CRM Reports → Loyalty Program Reports. It returns one row per reward that had a valid usage slot on the selected Report Date but was not redeemed on that day. A reservation reward has one valid usage day per night within its validity window (from Begin Date up to, but not including, Expire Date) — if that day has passed with no redemption recorded, it appears in this report as an expired usage slot.

Rewards - Daily Available Usage

A new Rewards - Daily Available Usage report is now available under CRM Reports → Loyalty Program Reports. It returns one row per reward that had a valid usage slot on the selected Report Date, regardless of whether it was redeemed or not. Cancelled rewards are excluded. This is the superset report, designed for daily reconciliation — for any given date:

Available Usage = Redeemed + Expired Usage

The WasRedeemed column (1 = redeemed, 0 = not redeemed) lets you split the report into its two subsets directly within a single export.
