The Access digital assistant is nearly live, sign up for early adopter access to campaign journeys and there is a full rebuild of campaign journeys. The redesign experience will deliver a more intuitive and streamlined workflow for building and managing multi-step campaigns.

Knowledgebase articles and AI-powered guidance will soon be accessible directly within the CRM, consistent with the existing CRS experience. No need to switch between applications for help or system guidance.

After the release our new campaign journeys feature will be available for early adopters. All existing campaigns created will continue to be accessible in the system and anything new will be done using the new toolkit.
