What's new?
This release marks a significant step forward for delivering new tools for campaign automation, data capture and email performance while all been built on a unified interface that your team will find consistent across every part of the platform.
Enhanced email metrics, dynamic content improvements and segment builder enhancements are available to all customers immediately. The campaign journey builder and forms builder are available now for early adopters, with full activation for all customers in July 2026.
Campaign journey builder for early adopters
The campaign journey builder is the single biggest change to how your team builds campaigns. Advancing the platform from a broadcast tool to a genuine guest journey orchestration platform.
The legacy editor built each communication in isolation. The campaign journey builder gives your team a visual canvas where the entire guest arc is visible at once, from pre-stay through to post-stay. You can see every touchpoint, every branch and every outcome in one place.
Outlined below are the key capabilities of the campaign journey builder:
Visual journey canvas: Design the full guest communication arc in a single view, replacing the one email at a time approach of the legacy editor.
Branching and conditions: Set conditional paths based on what a guest does or doesn't do. Branch by loyalty tier, booking type, reservation status, profile attribute or any guest field.
Per-step performance data: Each step surfaces its own metrics. Not just whether the campaign ran, but whether each individual touchpoint is converting.
Real-time responsiveness: Campaigns respond dynamically to guest behavior. When a guest creates or cancels a reservation after entering a journey, conditions re-evaluate immediately and route accordingly.
Live campaign editing: Add new steps to a running campaign and have them apply to contacts who have already passed the parent step, without restarting the journey.
Consistent design: Built on the same visual language as the email designer and forms builder. No new interface to learn from scratch.
This is in production validation now and is ready for early adopters. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enroll.
📌Note: This feature will be activated for all customers in July 2026.
Forms builder for early adopter release
The forms builder arrives in April alongside the campaign journey builder, built on the same unified interface.
Marketing sign-ups, event registration, data capture or anything currently requiring a standalone form outside of the CRM. The new builder brings that directly into the platform with a consistent and familiar experience.
Outlined below are the key capabilities of the forms builder:
Expanded field types: File upload, improved validation controls, and extended field options mean you collect what you actually need from guests, not just what the previous form allowed.
Strengthened submission pipeline: See what's been submitted, what's in progress, and catch issues before they become problems. The submission pipeline has been secured end to end.
Consistent interface: This matches the campaign builder and email designer. It has the same visual style and same interaction patterns. If your team picks up the campaign tools, forms builder will feel immediately familiar.
This is in production validation now and is ready for early adopters. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enroll.
📌Note: This feature will be activated for all customers in July 2026.
Enhanced email metrics
Email performance reporting has been significantly expanded, surfacing the kind of analysis that previously required exporting data to a spreadsheet.
The goal is simple, your team answers performance questions from inside the platform. Less back-and-forth with support and faster iteration on what's working.
Outlined below are the key capabilities of the enhanced email metrics:
Beyond open and click rates: Richer per-campaign analytics show what's actually driving performance. Delivered, opened, pending, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed, all surfaced in a single view with distribution breakdowns.
Deliverability insight: Bounces, unsubscribes and suppression reasons are surfaced clearly. Know not just that an email bounced, but why and what to do about it.
Broadcast queue visibility: Filter and inspect individual broadcast instances by status. Total, pending, processing, sent, failed and frequency-blocked counts shown at a glance.
Segment comparison statistics: Compare performance across address types in a single chart view.
Source identification: Each email send now displays whether it was triggered by a segment broadcast or a campaign automation, with color coded labels and filtering by source type.
Built directly on the queue and send tracking infrastructure already delivered as part of the performance enhancement program.
Dynamic content enhanced interface
Dynamic content is available in the email designer today. Show or hide email sections based on loyalty tier, country, language. One template, multiple personalized versions, no duplication.
What's arriving this month is a significantly better experience for building and managing those rules. Currently the capability works but requires a degree of platform familiarity and involves steps that have now been simplified. The enhanced version makes rule building fast and visual, with a clear preview of how your email renders for each guest segment before you send. No guessing and no test sends required.
Outlined below are the key capabilities of the dynamic content enhanced interface:
Faster rule building: What currently takes time and familiarity becomes a quick, guided step.
Clearer preview: See exactly how your email will render per segment, directly in the editor.
Accessible to your whole team: Designed so any member of your marketing team can use it, not just the person who set it up. No technical expertise required.
Segment builder and filter enhancements
The segment builder has been modernized across all three pages: index, view and edit. Cleaner navigation, faster to find, open, and update any segment. The additional UI enhancements arriving in April build on performance and infrastructure improvements is already live for all customers.
Outlined below are the key capabilities of the segment builder and filter enhancements:
Advanced queue handling: Simultaneous segment builds no longer compete. Proper queuing means multiple operations run smoothly and predictably, without one large build blocking others.
Three times faster build times: Segments of hundreds of thousands of profiles now complete in roughly a third of the previous time. If you're managing large audiences, you should already be noticing the difference.
Precision filter logic: More consistent multi-condition filters across segment types. Complex audience rules behave the way you'd expect. Several edge cases where logic didn't match intent have been resolved.
Birthday filter options: Updated birthday filter criteria provide greater flexibility when targeting guests by upcoming birthday within a configurable date range.
Segment activity banner: The "Last Refreshed" banner now displays the timestamp in your configured time zone and date format, with the actual refreshing user's name shown instead of a generic label.
Transition to the new campaign journey and forms designer interfaces
The campaign journey builder and forms builder will be activated for all customers in July 2026. When this is activated no information is lost and no action is required. All of your existing campaigns, emails, forms, guest data, segments and settings carry over completely. The July activation is a UI transition, the same work, in a better environment.
If you would like early access ahead of the July activation, early adopter enrollment is open now. Speak to your Customer Success Manager for more information.
